A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net. Played as doubles or singles with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes.

​The b.class® with Julie Ryan


The b.class® is a women’s fitness experience that combines athletic movement and music to help you connect, release, and feel empowered. Open to women of all ages and abilities.


Classes are currently held at the Cremona Hall on Tuesday evenings, with the exception of the second Tuesday of each month when the hall hosts an association meeting.

Julie also hosts occasional Sunday pop-up classes in Cremona and Water Valley.

Trinity Taekwon Do


Cameron Macdonald (VI Degree Black Belt) owner of Trinity Taekwon-Do operates 2 programs with a total of 3 classes including Lil Kickers (ages 4-7) and Taekwon-Do (ages 7 to adult). We currently have 1 Lil Kickers and 2 TKD classes on Wednesday nights starting at 6pm at the Water Valley Community Hall. 


Lil Kickers is an introductory martial arts program that teaches basic martial arts skills mixed with some fun activities/games and also has an emphasis on life skills such as courtesy, integrity, and perseverance. 


Our Taekwon-Do Classes are a traditional martial arts class with but still lots of fun. There is a focus on kicking, self defense, sparring and of course, the life skills programteaching valuable concepts like courtesy, integrity and perseverance.
